Lavender Flower is best known for its pleasant fragrance. Also for calming effects which aid nervousness, irritability, anxiety  and promote relaxation. Lavender has anti-inflammatory an antimicrobial properties that can assist with digestive troubles, relieve itching and act as tick-repellant. It has regenerative and analgesic (pain-relief) qualities and helps to relieve muscle tension. Dried forms are the safest and most common practices.

Caution: Large quantities of lavender can be toxic to cats and dogs. Avoid essential oils at all times. Signs of poisoning may include vomiting, abdominal pain, shock, straining on defecation, drooling, difficulty breathing, off-balance gait and muscle tremor.

Dogs: Used to treat respiratory and digestive conditions. Helps to relieve tension and nervousness, including stress and aggression. Avoid use on pregnant or nursing dogs.
