Caution: High doses can cause stomach upsets, including vomiting and diarrhoea.
Cats: Known to assist respiratory infections, including catarrh, viral infections, gingivitis and to improve lymphatic function. Most effective if given as first symptoms appear. Also used to improve cats overall immune health or to assist immunocompromised cats’ overall health. Infusions may be added to drinking water or may be mixed directly with its food.
Dogs: Commonly used to reduce inflammation and severity of respiratory tract infections. This immune-booster is most effective when given at first signs of illness as it increases white blood cell production to aid fight infections. May also be applied externally to heal wounds, burns and sores.
